unknown error ggstatsplot

Can anyone help me with why this unknown error is occurring? It works fine when I use my other nominal variable as the grouping variable. Screenshot is attached.

if there are many groups, then the graph cannot fit and gives an error. Try to decrease the number of groups.

There are only two groups

I have installed the update but it is still showing the 'unknown error' message
