Hi all,
was wondering whether the above error is a known and fixable issue. This isn't for me, but for one of my students (the vast majority seem to be able to run Jamovi on their systems). They're trying to run it on a Windows laptop (I've directed them to the cloud version for now) - and I'll direct them to the forum if it requires in-depth back and forth.

not much we can do here. i'm pretty sure this issue is caused by a bug in windows. i'd direct them to use the cloud version.
