hi,

when you're saving, use the browse button to the top right of the save screen, and select a location to save to.

cheers

I'm having the same issue. Browsing does not work either for some reason keeps saying file format unrecognized, file unrecognized, etc.

try adding .omv onto the end of the filename that you're saving, and see if that makes a difference.

hi,

what make and model chromebook are you using? there may be a particular issue with your model.

you should be able to use the cloud version as an alternative though:

revisiting the 'browse not working' ... 1. you select the browse button, 2. you select the folder where you want to save the file. 3. you enter a filename and press enter (or click save).

just confirming that you've been performing that second step?

cheers
