Is it possible to select levels of choice when conducting a Fisher's test?
Say a variable I have has three levels: X, Y and Z. I wish to test only X and Y against another variable A.
Is it possible to do this?
Chi-square/Fisher's - select variable?
Re: Chi-square/Fisher's - select variable?
would you use filters to "filter out" all the Z's?
would that achieve what you want?

You need to make a Bonferroni correction for p-values.
