thanks. we'll push out a 2.3.11 shortly, and this should fix it. i think the problem stems with windows, and can probably be fixed with windows updates ... but obviously that's not a good enough solution. i'm shipping a full set of certs with jamovi now, and we're taking control of the ssl certs ourselves.

Hi there -- this error is still occurring with the most recent version (2.3.13). Same issue as the previous post with the screenshot. Is this a firewall issue or a Windows issue? I haven't encountered this problem on my Mac.

can i be extra double certain that the error message is exactly the same, by asking you to provide a screenshot?
