Unable to open .omv file (file is not a zip file)

Hi,
While trying to open an existing .omv file I get the following message:
"Unable to open file, File is not a zip file". There were no problems opening the file till now.
Any advice? the only previous forum entry with this message was not relevant.

this normally means that this is a file which has mistakenly been given the .omv file extension (by a human), but in your case it sounds as though the file is corrupt .... this can happen for a variety of reasons, and there's typically not much that can be done about it unfortunately.
