Trouble with simple effects in negative binomial GLM

Post by Bella101 »

Hi folks,

I’m trying to run a simple effects analysis on a negative binomial regression and I can’t seem to get it to run, as it says that my model needs to be refined and simple effects cannot be estimated. I’ve tried removing all covariates besides the main two, and I’ve tried changing around the covariates scaling, nothing seems to be working.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

You may share the .omv so we can take a look. However, keep in mind that logistic regression may fail because of the distribution of the dependent variable.
