Thank you for creating this user-friendly software!
I am currently doing some MANCOVA analyses and encounter following problems:
1. I wonder if I can remove the interaction terms of my independent variables from my MANCOVA model.
2. Is it possible that MANCOVA result table could also report effect size(partial eta squared)?
I notice that the interface for ANCOVA provides more option(reporting effect size, dropping the interaction term, etc). I would really appreciate it if these features can be used in MANCOVA analyses as well! It would be wonderful if you can provide R syntax allowing these features be used in MANCOVA.

MANCOVA effect size, drop interactions
Re: MANCOVA effect size, drop interactions
Hi Sheena,
At this point the MANCOVA is implemented in a very basic way. We will add a model builder (so you can get rid of interactions) plus effects sizes in the future, but at this very moment priorities are on other analyses (logistic and log-linear regression). It's best if you make an issue on our github so that we are reminded of this feature request. You can make an issue over here: https://github.com/jamovi/jamovi/issues.
Cheers,
Ravi
