LCA - discrepancies in class population probability

Post by 02ysoe »

Hi there,

I'm new to LCA and Jamovi, so hoping for a little help.

When I run my LCA both ticking the 'class probability' and 'LCA plot' boxes, I'm getting different class sizes results. See the two screenshots from the same analysis output.

There may be an obvious explanation that I'm missing?

I'm using the snowRMM and the Latent Cluster Analysis.

Hi

I am using poLCA R package to run LCA. i think different results are caused by poLCA R package, not snowRMM module.

Here is a manual of poLCA package for your reference: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/poLCA/poLCA.pdf

Hi

Have you recently used newest version of snowRMM in jamovi? Check this out.
