Graphical representation of individual slopes

Post by Naïde »

Hello,

I would like to graphically represent the slope between condition A and condition B for each subject of my sample on a same graph ( the ordinate axis representing reaction times, and the abscissa one the two conditions). To be clear, it would be the same representation as the estimated marginal means one, but for each subject, not for the mean of all subjects. Is it possible ? If yes, how can I do it ?
Thanks in advance for your responses !

Hi Naïde,

No, you cannot do that in regular jamovi. You can probably do this using the Rj module, but this requires you to write R code to get the plot.

Cheers,
