Baysian ANOVA - Effects Across Matched Models not working
Baysian ANOVA - Effects Across Matched Models not working
The Bayesian ANOVA - Effects Across Matched Models (BAWS Factor I think its been called?) doesn't yet work in Jamovi. The numbers don't change and if you click back to "Across All Models" it no longer seems to compute.
Re: Baysian ANOVA - Effects Across Matched Models not workin
hi,
this seems to work fine here. are you able to attach a .omv file with the issue?
with thanks

Re: Baysian ANOVA - Effects Across Matched Models not workin
Sorry for taking so long to reply.
I can reproduce this using the RTMV file in the data library and run a Bayesian ANOVA
Everything works fine until I click "Effects Across Matched Models"
Then it no longer computes or updates any of my clicks.
This is true on the latest "solid" and "current" releases.
In the debug window I get this error:
"UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xf4 in position 166: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xf4 in position 166: invalid continuation byte in field: jamovi.coms.ResultsTableNote.note"

Re: Baysian ANOVA - Effects Across Matched Models not workin
can you create an issue on our github issues page?
unicode handling in R is a train-wreck of epic proportions, and that seems to be the problem here. i should be able to work around it though.
with thanks
