Selecting reference level for a transformed variable
I have transformed one of my variables and conducted a generalised mixed model. I want to be able to change the reference value. How do I do this? I know how to change the reference variable for non-transformed variables but can't work out what to do for a transformed variables.

That depends on what transformation you use and whether your transformed variable is a dependent variable or an independent variable. If you are doing a recode, in the same way you change the order of the levels for non-transformed variable, you can change the order of the recode conditions ("if then") to obtain the reordering of the levels of the transformed variable
