Iam relatively new to Jamovi (Mac OS version) switching from SPSS and Medcalc (when was MS windows)
My question is
when I do 2x2 contingency tables (like A-B vs X-Y), and I request Odds ratio
by default, Jamovi considers the first enlisted value as the reference (A vs
,is there a way to change that for B vs A [considering B as the reference value for that variable]
Simply
Iam listing hypertension as 0 and 1 (for no and yes respectively)
upon odds ratio testing, Jamovi gave me the OR for being non hypertensive versus being hypertensive, while I exactly need the opposite...
