How do I do Regression?

So I am not confident with using jamovi and am still learning.

I was wondering, how would it be possible to conduct a multiple regression and/or a mediator analysis using jamovi.

I have seen some videos saying that I need to download further files to do so however, I am unsure about downloading something unless I am 100% sure that it is safe to do so.

If anyone could let me know how I can do this, that would be amazing.
