DISPLAY DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS IN SNOWCLUSTER

Dear Seol (snowCluster developer) and jamovi forum community,
Thanks for the excellent module—used successfully for Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) research!

I'm running Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) in the snowCluster module (current version) with exactly two groups (e.g., CAPD vs. control, similar to Iris binary split). The analysis completes successfully, showing LD coefficients, group centroids, confusion matrix, and normalized loadings, but no histogram appears in the Plots section for the LD1 distribution by group, even when all plot options (Histogram, Group Centroids for CLUSTER PLOT, etc.) are enabled.

Steps I've taken
Data: Two nominal groups, continuous predictors, no missing values in selected vars (confirmed via Descriptives).

Analysis: Analyses → snowCluster → Discriminant Analysis → LDA → selected grouping var (2 levels) and predictors.

Options: Plots enabled for Histogram, LD plot, etc.; Additional Options checked where relevant.


Expected vs. Observed
Expected: Standard LD1 histogram overlaid or side-by-side for two groups, as in MASS::lda() plots

Observed: No histogram generated; other plots (centroids) appear fine. No errors in console.

Is this a known limitation for 2-group LDA in recent snowCluster versions, or a plot option I'm missing? Happy to share .omv file privately.
