Hi everyone, i just installed crouton with xfce distribution on my chromebook acer r13 (arm, mediatek).
I discover the linux environment now, i'm a beginner so i need some help to install Jamovi.

jamovi can be installed using flathub.
First you need to setup flathub:
https://flatpak.org/setup/
Then you can download jamovi:
https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.jamovi.jamovi

I'm here now, i've downloaded the jamovi file (click on install), but it doesn't find it ?

the issue is that we don't support the ARM architecture at this time. i think there might be some issue with some of our dependencies not working on ARM.
i'll have to look into it again properly.

OK, there's an arm version available from flathub. see above where you tried to add the flathub repo and it failed, this is what the command needs to be:
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
after that you should just be able to go:
flatpak install flathub org.jamovi.jamovi
and it will install it. let me know if it works, i haven't had a confirmation that our arm version works yet.
