Transparent Boxplots?

Post by WestSJ3 »

I have recently found jamovi and really love it!

I'm working on a manuscript that I would like to use the jamovi violin plots with the boxplots included, though I would like to display the boxplot with no color in the center or a near-transparent grey color. It appears that the included color palettes don't allow for such an option.

Anyone out there have an idea on how to make this happen in jamovi?

Thanks in advance!

hey,

no way to do this *in* jamovi at the moment (in development), but it's easy to post-process using inkscape.
