Crash caused by unknown factor

Hi Jonathon,

My student was running jamovi 0.9.5.1.2 with her laptop. She always got the crash as like the below image.
Is there any component in her laptop conflicted with jamovi?

so it looks like it works, but it crashes when she does something in particular?
