I'd like to suggest a robust ANOVA alternative for jamovi based on the WelchADF package:
Keselman, H. J., Algina, J., Lix, L. M., Wilcox, R. R., & Deering, K. N. (2008). A generally robust approach for testing hypotheses and setting confidence intervals for effect sizes. Psychological Methods, 13, 110–129.
Villacorta, P. J. (2017). The welchADF package for robust hypothesis testing in unbalanced multivariate mixed models with heteroscedastic and non-normal data. R J, 9(2), 309-328.
https://journal.r-project.org/archive/2 ... index.html
One of the open secrets of behavioral science and educational research is the prevalence of non-normal data. The WelchADF approach provides an approach to estimating effect sizes and their confidence intervals in a more robust way than traditional ANOVA.
Thanks for considering this suggestion.

Re: Feature request in jamovi ANOVA
Thanks Jonathon. Just had a look at walrus - thanks very much for putting this together! I think the WelchADF package would extend robust analyses in jamovi quite a way by reporting effect sizes and their confidence intervals.
Hopefully,
