hi deborah,
sorry, you'll need the 1.2.2 of jamovi for development on macOS. the recent changes apple have forced us to make to not run afoul of gatekeeper will probably require us to publish two different versions. one for general users, and one for developers.
in the mean time, you can just the 1.2.2
https://www.jamovi.org/downloads/jamovi ... -macos.dmg
let us know if you get stuck developing your module ... super keen to support people willing to have a go!
sorry for the inconvenience ... and apple owes you an apology too.

Feature requests: partial correlation and search function
Re: Feature requests: partial correlation and search functio
I will make the module available via the jamovi library soon. I am happy to receive feedback if something is not working as intended or if there is something missing.
I did for example not bother to implement zero-order partial correlations but could do this if there is serious need for it.
Cheers,
Sebastian

Re: Feature requests: partial correlation and search functio
Hello everyone.
I see Sebastian's presence and I would like to thank him for this interesting and useful module (PartialProximity).
I downloaded it from GitHub and compiled from RStudio with jamovi v1.2.2 (SO: Win10 Pro-ITA) obtaining the file:
PartialProximity_0.1.0-win64-R3.6.1.jmo
It works well, without errors.
A colleague needed to make partial correlations and asked me if my jmo could also work in jamovi v1.2.5 (MacBook Pro with Catalina v10.15.1), since it did not find it in the jamovi library.
I passed him my jmo and I confirm that it works without problems on his MacBook (the colleague thanks).
Cheers.
Maurizio

Hei MAgojam,
regd. your private message and processR (I can't use PMs yet). processR is not working yet; it is actually in a very early stage of development (the working GUI might lure you to think there is more, but actually there is only the GUI at this stage). I did not really have time to work more on it.
If there is anything else, please use sebastian.jentschke@uib.no
Best regards,
Sebastian

Re: Feature requests: partial correlation and search functio
Hello,
I was wondering whether the module for partial correlations is available now? I cannot find it in the jamovi library.
With the current version, is it possible to partialize a categorical variable?
Thanks,
Alex
