we've been able solve the issue with the readstat folks, and in the next release, even that problematic column name should export correctly.
cheers and thanks again for reporting -- you've actually helped a few different communities by reporting this, this same fix will go into pyreadstat for python users, haven for R users, and jamovi users.

Hi,
As you wrote, with the latest version (1.2.22) it seems the problem has been solved. Now I can export Jamovi to SPSS file including Hebrew columns names. See the attachment screenshot.
