I previously saw a related topic opened before in the forum more than one year ago. Do you think to add ICC analysis into Jamovi? Because some of the journals want to see it here is an example; http://edmgr.ovid.com/jscr/accounts/ifauth.htm
4.Text/B.Methods/ Please place your statistical power in the manuscript for the n size used and reliability of the dependent measures with intra-class correlations (ICC Rs).
Hi, I've been using Jamovi for a while and I'm loving it.
I installed a seolmatrix module to make an Intraclass Correlation coefficient and it is presenting a value below the one presented in SPSS and SigmaPlot.
Would anyone know tell me what the problem is? Thank you very much.
I have a question concerning the ICC-analysis in this package. I am doing an ICC analysis on quantitative data for my master thesis, and I would like to do a two-way random effects model analysis of absolute agreement with average measures, but I can’t find any options for this in the panel. Is it possible to make these choices before conducting the analysis in Jamovi?
Probably, you have to use some more sophisticated package(for example, HLM with gamlj module) rather than using simple ICC analysis with seolmatrix module.
