Hi everybody,
I'm running a meta analysis and I got missing values (" NA" on my continue variables) but I can't manage to make jamovi ignore the empty cases.
I got the same error message " y is empty". ( see attached picture)
Anybody can help me?
Thanks a lot.

Re: Meta Analysis
I am having the same issues, I imported my data with the NA value as suggested elsewhere but then once doing the analysis jamovi doesn't recognise it. Sorry I am no help but wanting to jump on the thread in case someone else can enlighten us
Re: Meta Analysis
Please try this:
Go to Data, Double click on variable name. Define missing values there.

It is the best way to tackle missing values in the data set.
