gamljMixed
I have some problems running analyses, in part they don't seem to be running, they only stall with the progression indicator spinning and nothing happening.
I had used gamlj previously to run som analyses (pre 2.x) and they now show
Error in h(simpleError(msg, call)) :
error in evaluating the argument 'object' in selecting a method for function 'serialize': $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors
The ones that do run wont then update the analysis or plots.
Analysis won't run (gamlj)
Re: Analysis won't run (gamlj)
maybe just try an uninstall of gamlj, and a reinstall.
if that doesn't fix it, save a .omv file of the error and send it through.

I tried uninstall both gamlj and jamovi twice and it persists.

Re: Analysis won't run (gamlj)
Hi,
it seems that these analyses were run with an older version of GAMLj. The solution is however simple. Select any of the mixed models, go to "Random effects", select "Correlated" under Effects correlation. Remove what you see on the right field and put back the required random coefficient. The software should update the results without errors.
