Partial Correlation - Linear Regression discrepancy

Post by Iluvátar »

Hi folks,

statistics noob here.

I have a question regarding the attached picture:
Why do I get different p-values and pearson r , and which of these calculations is the most accurate?

The upper table was done with the seolmatrix modul. The other two tables are built-in jamovi calculations.

Thanks in advance!

Hi

I think it's caused by a rounding error or using different R package.

Hi Iluvátar

It doesn't mattter which table you should report. It depends on your research purpose.
