error message non numeric argument to binary operator when trying to do ANOVA

Good afternoon
Is anyone able to help me with this issue?
I am new to JAMOVI and stats

In my data set which I have exported from Qualtrics, I have "number of years in clinical practice". This is in categories as ordinal data. I also have mean scores for confidence, capability and attitudes. I am trying to correlate the number of years in clinical practice as my grouping variable with the three dependent variables above as a one way ANOVA. However I keep getting "non numeric argument to binary operator"

Any ideas will be gratefully received.
