hmmmm... this is strange. If you could try the following
- open the start menu and search for jamovi
- click on the menu item called 'jamovi X.XX.X Debug' (the X.XX.X is whatever version you have installed)
- this will open a command prompt
- type in the following command: jamovi --py-debug --debug
- hit enter
- when jamovi launches do whatever you need to do to cause the missing options panel to occur
- close jamovi
- post back here the jamovi-log.txt that it creates. The path for this file is recorded in the command prompt.
If this doesn't provide any helpful information then we would have to try and organize to get access to your computer with teamviewer, if that's something you are comfortable with, that we can look at what jamovi is doing/not doing. I can contact you via email in that case.
