Hi guys,
I am also getting this message while I am trying to run a reliability analysis for some questions that I included in my research investigation. The questionnaire consists of 5 questions but in order to reduce the emerge of counfounding factors I created a duplicate of these questions. That means that I have another 5 (10 in total) with reversed display. So, the problem appears when I am trying to put inside the "reliability analysis" box, questions from the second pair. As a consequence, I can't compute mean scores. I have also downloaded the latest version of jamovi, but that didn't change anything. I would really appreciate some feedback!
