updated a bit:

You can download .jmo files and use sideload to use the module.

Windows: https://github.com/sbalci/ClinicoPathJa ... .0-win.jmo
Mac: https://github.com/sbalci/ClinicoPathJa ... .0-mac.jmo

@sbalci
it's becoming better and better! compliments.
my feedback
- the display settings (show ...) do not yet work for me. if I check/uncheck them, the analyses output does not change
- do you also plan do integrate posthoc testing for t-tests, Mann Whitney U test etc... into your module?

I will work on it. It needes to be verified.
For other tests i think there should be other functions. Check jjstatsplot jjbetween stats.

@sbalci,
This is absolutely fantastic, that upgraded version finally works on win 11. Exactly what I wanted with even a choice of
p-value correction methods available. Great stuff, thank you very much indeed.

will this great module be provided as an official jamovi module in the future, or will you include it in one of your already existing modules?

Hi, though not great, I plan to implement it in ClinicoPathDescriptives. The problem is that to build some parts of this function I have used Claude. So I have to check the code in detail. It will take some time.

Hi, whilst you are checking and improving this module for what I am very grateful, could you please (if possible) attach improved version(s)
as you go forward with this, so we can test it after installation via sideload. Thank you.
Best regards,
