As far as I can see, the Filters option in jamovi applied the filter to the entire analysis. Often, one might need to exclude a certain set of cases for a given analysis. Would it be possible to add this optionality?

One way might be to add a version of the existing Filters functionality as a revealable panel within each analysis. So, in running an ANOVA one would be able to click to reveal...

Estimated Marginal Means

Adding this functionality would also be a reasonable stand-in for the 'split file' functionality in SPSS and similar packages.
