GEE analysis

Hi, I have been performing some of my research with Jamovi, and I was wondering
if there is a module that deals with generalized estimated equation. I believe it is a different
method from mixed models.
Thank you!

Hi
it is scheduled to be included in the GAMLj module, but not in the upcoming version. Hopefully in a month or so. You can use mixed generalized in the mean time, if interested

Thank you for the reply!
I am so much looking forward to its development (GEE). Frankly speaking,
I am not really confident in mixed models due to lack of my understanding of its assumptions! To my knowledge,
GEE (population-based average) may cover up some of the shortcomings of the mistake during the process.
Of course the application circumstances my differ.
Any way, I will be clicking frequently for the updated version of the module,
Thank you.

I am excited to hear that GEE will be included in the GAMLj module!
Will this GEE update facilitate planned post-hoc contrasts with continuous predictors (i.e., interactions with covariates, as is done using the Mixed Model function)? I have found this extremely useful in my work.

Yes, GEE will be practically equivalent to the other submodules of GAMLj

Hi there.
Any news regarding GEE on GAMLj?
Thanks.

I'm using the cloud version of the GAMLj module & note that GEE isn't in the drop-down. Has it been implemented in the Desktop & not in the Cloud version or not implemented at all?
Thanks,
Brendan
