Server Error

Hi !

During this month I have not had access to the program.
I have added in this post a screenshot of the error.
In several times I uninstalled the program for correct any problems but when I installed again it still without working.
If anyone can help me ... I'm going with a meta-analysis and I'm half done with the data analysis.

hi iratxe,

try a different version of jamovi, and see if that fixes it (if you're using current, then use solid, if you're using solid, then use current).

this issue is usually a bug in windows that is outside of our control (it does only affect a very small number of users).

it might be easiest to just use a different computer.

Thank you for the clue!

The problem was the last upgrade of Windows, it doesn`t install Visual C++ . So now with that, Jamovi runs perfectly.
