jamovi

Hello,
I am running a mixed anova (1 between) and 3 ( repeated measures). Every time I run it, it takes a really long time to run the output. It has taken over 10 minutes at times. I have a MacBook Pro, and I am using the 1.2.22 version of jamovi. Has anyone else encountered similar issues? Best.

is this the RM ANOVA in jamovi, or a mixed model in GAMLj?

try running one using the bugs dataset, and see if that's very slow too.

RM ANOVA's can be quite computationally intensive.

I have not tried it with the bugs dataset. It was a RM ANOVA and not a mixed model. I have tried mixed anova's before, and they have never taken really long. My computer got hot from running it, which is strange.
