Re: Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC)

Post by lauramar »

Hi, I'm getting an error message when I want to use ICC and Spearman in the seolmatrix module: 'S' is not positive definite. The module seems to be rejecting some of the raters' data, because when I add the raters individually then sometimes I get the error message and with others the module has no problems with. I checked the sample files and have formatted mine accordingly. Could anyone help me understand why this is happening? As to my data, I have 11 test takers whose performance has been rated by 40 raters. Best

Dear lauramar

Have you downloaded the newest version of seolmatrix in jamovi library?

Hi Seol,
I checked the version, mine is 3.7.2 and there is no prompt to indicate that it needs updating.

Hello, I updated both jamovi and seolmatrix, unfortunately I'm still getting the same message when I add all of the 40 raters I want to include in the analysis.

Hi Marju

Thanks for your comments. I fixed bug and updated it in jamovi library now. Please downloade the newest version of seolmatrix(ver. 3.7.4) and I attached .omv file with your dataset, which the data is not suitable for EBIC plot and cause errors. but other analysis options are working well.

Hi Seol,

Thank you for making this wonderful tool available :-)
Would you happen to know whether the Many-Facet Rasch Measurement model might become available in jamovi some time in the future?

Best wishes

Marju
