Cannot have more than 3 blocks on Model Builder

I am trying to run a linear regression and use a model block. I need five blocks, but jamovi will not load past 3 blocks. Help!

could you attach a .omv file of the issue? i'm not having any troubles adding more than 3 blocks here.
