Hi Marcelo,

Do you have any plans to add custom contrasts to the GAMLj module, particularly to mixed models and generalized mixed models?

Thanks.
Best,

Yep, I just need to figure out the best way to input the contrast codes

Great, thanks!

One more question: when running an analysis, the program "searches" for the best optimizers, right? In other words, the lack of convergence cannot be attributed to the use of a unique optimizer (e.g., bobyqa)?

Hi Marcello,

The fixed effects estimates in LMMs and GLMMS analyses are unstandardized or standardized betas?

Thanks!

Thank you for all your hard work on making jamovi a powerful AND user-friendly analysis tool.

One feature I sorely miss in both jamovi and JAPS is an option to get SSQs for contrasts. SPSS easily produces that [MANOVA... /PRINT STA (SINGLEDF)], and other than doing it by hand, I can't have that in jamovi and JASP.... Yes, R options existx (e.g., afex), but it's such an easily available computational piece that I hope I can convince you to add it....

Hi,
It is not clear to me what you mean precisely. You would like to see the Ss associated with each contrast coefficient in the parameters table?

Has it been any development towards this end?
