Hi Everyone,

I have this message "Y is empty or only has NAs" when trying to run a meta analysis with correlations as inputs.

Does someone have a solution for that ?

Hi both,

@vbrejard did you managed to find a solution to this? I also have "y is empty or has only NAs". I've tried deleting all other variables and rows except those that are necessary. The analysis partially runs as I can see the random-effects and heterogeneity statistics behind a greyed out screen. It seems to be the forest plot and funnel plot that won't display for me.
