jamovi

Hi Johnathon!

Is there any method (scripted install, bundle, etc) to be able to install jamovi together with chosen modules at the same time? Our company allows installs, but won't open up firewalls for us, sideloading DOES work but we'd prefer to be able to provide a comprehensive installation package to our employees with all of the modules needed already inside so they don't have to each sideload it themselves. Is there any possibility for automating that, or is that outside the scope of jamovi?

hi,

modules are .jmo files which are simply zip files. if you take these and unzip them to:

C:\program files\jamovi X.X.X.X\Resources\modules

(alongside jmv and base), then they'll be "pre-installed".

alternatively, we're about to move the 1.6 series from current to solid (should be the next release). if you convince your company to donate a couple of hundred bucks, we can build you a special installer that will install the desired modules too.
