jamovi

Hello,

This issue started to occur a few months ago: a jamovi data file opens and suddenly the whole window turns gray and the content invisible/unreachable/unusable.

So, I went on to create minute files of the same research when I "felt" it would reach breaking point. The issue seems to be independent of the size of the data files because I had this issue with files of half a MB and now with a file of 3.4 MB (which obviously worked earlier).

Any ideas on what to do?

Material used:

• macOS Catalina, version 10.15.7 (19H524)
• Jamovi version 1.6.13.0 and 1.6.14.0

P.s.: As I don't have the right to post the file, I made a video of what happens, but Jamovi Forum won't let me upload .mov or .mp4 files. Is there an acceptable format?

that is unusual. i've not seen that before. can you see if it happens with the cloud version?

we're probably going to need a data file which does this, before we'll be able to solve it.
