Adding Duncan's PostHoc Test

Hello,

We are big fans of Jamovi and can run everything we need statistically for our lab data. However, we previously have used Duncan's PostHoc test for the ANOVAs we run, but can no longer use it now that we have switched to Jamovi. Currently, we are using R to run this, but are having difficulties doing this with our larger datasets along with our more complex ANOVAs and MANOVAs. We were wondering if it would be possible for you all to add Duncan's PostHoc test to the list of potential PostHocs to run in Jamovi? I understand this may not be possible, or may be difficult, but wanted to ask to see if you were able to do this.

Thank you in advance for your help! Again, we love Jamovi and it has really been beneficial to our lab.

Emerson

Hi Jonathon,

That would be fantastic if you could do that. We have time and are happy to do what we need. This would be really helpful for us to have in jamovi.

Thank you!

Emerson

do you guys have some R skills?

we use the emmeans R package. see if you can find a way to perform a duncan's test from an emmeans object.

cheers
