Jamovi unable to open

Hi everyone here, when I dwonloaded the jamovi, I can't get the software to open at all, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. My error message appears "unable to open" and "run time error" in Win10. As shown in the figure:

hi,

your computer is having trouble creating the shared memory segment, but i'm not sure why this would be.

you might be best to use the cloud version:
