Correlation direction in Linear Regression output

Hi Team
If doing a correlation matrix Pearson's r appears with the directional sign.
In the linear regression output "Model fit Measures' table only the absolute number appears. Would it be possible to have the direction appear in that table too please?

This seems to be the standard way of reporting the correlation between the observed and predicted scores (SPSS also only reports an absolute value). I would think this is because it is a relative measure of the correlation - if it tried to be directional then you'd have a problem on your hands if some covariates had a positive association but others were negative...
