Which test to do?

Hi all, I've got a question as I am sorta new to statistics. I did a quick research into 150 sentences spoken in three different conversations (1 Dutch, 1 Dutch speakers speaking English (l2) and one native English speakers (l1)) in which I tallied the amount of times someone started their sentence whilst another person was still talking. Additionally, I looked at whether they were drunk or not. (See attachment for the data).
I want to find out which test to do to find the P-value and compare whether drunkness or whether someone is speaking in their native language (L1) or another language (L2) has any influence on the amount of times someone took their turn in a conversation whilst the other one was still talking.
The only test I did which gave me a P-Value was the one-way ANOVA by Kruskal-Wallis. However, I couldn't seem to compare the Dutch and English (L2) data when trying a t-test.
Can anyone help me make sense of which test to do?
