Hi!
I 3 factors in my dataset. I am able to run one-way ANOVA using any single factor separately. When I try to perform factorial ANOVA, it works only for one of the factors, for two remaining I get zero values for SS and NaN for df (which means I do not get any F and p value). Can you suggest what might be wrong with my data?
