Student experiencing download problems

Hi,

I am using jamovi for a course I'm lecturing into, and I have one student (so far) who is having great trouble downloading it. She has tried both the current and stable versions, She is using Mac OS Big Sur Version 11.4 on an iMac, and has tried it in both Safari and Chrome. I have not been able to replicate the issue - I can download fine on my own Mac with the same parameters. She says she is getting a "network error" message halfway through the download.

If you had any clues as to why this might be happening, I would be most grateful! I suspect it's probably due to heavy traffic on her local network, but am curious to know if anyone else has had this issue.

i suspect there's something wrong with her network/internet connection.
