Hello,
I work at a University and our school is planning on moving to using JAMOVI rather than SPSS. However, I just wanted to double check - is the data opened in the online demo version stored anywhere by JAMOVI, and if so - is it compliant with UK GDPR legislation? I need to know this before we can advise our students about trying out the online demo.

hi laura,

the data never leaves the server, and is erased after a period of inactivity.

That's great, thank you. Please can I double check - is the server in the UK or EU? Also - could you give me an idea of how the long period of inactivity is?

the current server is in norway.

i think the current period of inactivity is 24 hours.
