Downloading problem

Hi. I have downloaded the jamovi with 1.6.23 and 2.0 versions in my laptop (Windows 10) and both of them showed me Unable to open. I was wondering if you could help me.

we've not seen this error before lingwei,

you might have to use the cloud version instead:

https://cloud.jamovi.org

Thanks. I am using the Cloud version now but I still couldn't download it, which is not a bid deal. However, there is another issue.
It says that couldn't find the service system and IP link as well. Could you please help me out?

So you you have system-level permissions to install software onto your computer, downloaded the installer, and then attempted to install it?
