Thanks. I am using the Cloud version now but I still couldn't download it, which is not a bid deal. However, there is another issue.
It says that couldn't find the service system and IP link as well. Could you please help me out?

i'm not sure what the problem there could be. we've not seen this problem before. i'd suggest try updating your web browser, or try a different web browser.
