Unable to access Jamovi library

Hello, my name is Bayu

I am having troubles accessing jamovi library. I get the message:

[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFIED_FAILED] certificate verified filed: certificate has expired (_ssl.c:1076)

Could you please to help? I'm currently using Jamovi version 2.2.2. Thank you

I'm a faculty member and my students are reporting the same error message that the user reported in October. I am not seeing that error. I'm asking them what OS and version they are using, but I'm concerned because I have 50 students trying to access Snow Cluster for an assignment due tomorrow.

what version of jamovi are you using? this is quite the riddle, because everything appears to be configured correctly, and no version of jamovi that i have access to exhibits this problem.
