I just start de discover jamovi and it looks promising. Thanks for the work.

I search how to save for instance factor scores, regression residuals, etc. In survey research which I do, for short, you have a given problem and you operationalise it into questionnaire items. For the analysis you have to reverse the process and bundle the respondents' answers again. Which you might do with a principal component analysis, for instance. And then you use the dimensions again in other procedures (or programmes).

So, my question is: can you save factor scores, regression residuals by case ?
If this is not implemented is there a planning to do so ?

hi,

at the moment, there's no way for an analysis to 'generate' data. i.e. to populate a column in the data set with, say, residuals.

but this is something we're keen to add, hopefully in the next 6 months.

For our course of multivariate statistics with about 250 students we would also be really thankful if you implemented this feature for summer 2019. We missed that feature this semester
We will also think about some other features missing for our objectives (e.g. the possibility of setting orthogonal factors in CFAs), maybe I will be able to contribute too.
